2 Hair sprays (found these marked down to $2.64) 

3 Dawn

I used (4) BOGO coupons and the $5 off $15 

Paid $1.10 OOP

Received $10 ECBS

So I paid under $4 OOP and received $20 in ECB's.

You can do this transaction TWICE per card.
