I hope everyone is enjoying the inserts from Florida...I know I am!
Starting on 8/14, there will be a few changes to how the coupon inserts will be working.
As of right now, I am ordering 300 inserts per week. If there are extras, I can get them but I may not know until after the fact that the first orders have shipped that there are extras so they may cost more.
If you want to be put on the waiting list, PLEASE email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a weekly email if there are extra inserts and once a spot comes open for you to be on the actual insert list, you will receive a separate email verifying that you still want to be on the monthly list.
The prices will be changing a bit. I paid for all shipping out of my pocket this month which costed ME, over $160 and I cannot continue to do that. I did not realize at the time that it was going to take so many boxes to ship the inserts out so I have no one to blame but myself for not asking :) I guess I had pregnancy brain at the time I started doing these lol...
The new prices will be as follows:
.90 for each set of inserts-This is like buying a paper except with no newspaper and just the inserts. The amount of inserts could vary week to week from one insert to up for four but it's the same price! If you are in the Fort Bragg area, these are much better coupons than what we receive here and you still get two papers for only .30 more than the price of one here or if you are buying the Raleigh paper, you are still getting better coupons but saving .20 for every two sets of inserts you order compared to purchasing the paper.
As far as shipping, it is still a flat rate of $5 unless you have more than 20 inserts and it will be $10.50 for up to 100 inserts. It is best to go in with another person or group and split the shipping if possible.
Billing will ONLY be done Bi-Weekly or Monthly starting 8/14 because of the time It has taken me to send out weekly invoices, etc. I make NO profit on these inserts at all so it makes no sense to take time away from my family to send out weekly invoices, etc. Billing will also be completed through Google Checkout now because I can get my money to my bank account much faster than using Paypal. Google Checkout is very similar to Paypal, however they only accept debit or credit cards. I will also continue to take cash payments but only on a Bi-Weekly or Monthly status.
I can hold inserts if you'd like to pick up bi-weekly or I will offer two days per week(probably a Thursday and/or Friday) to pick up inserts.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE YOU ARE PUT ON THE ACTUAL SUBSCRIBER LIST, YOU ARE COMMITTING TO FOUR(4) WEEKS OF PURCHASING INSERTS. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY FOR YOUR INSERTS AFTER SUBSCRIBING, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO SUBSCRIBE OR TO RECEIVE EXTRAS!
If you need to change the amount of inserts you are getting per week because of any fee changes or if you would like to be taken off the list completely once the new cycle starts, I completely understand, just let me know ASAP!
