Go sign up at this website. It will prompt you to enter your zip code and all the local stores that are affiliated with Saving Star will show up. You will just enter your loyalty card information and then choose your items that you'd like to load onto your card.
As you purchase the items, your bill will not lower BUT the amount of the coupon will go into your savingstar account. Once you receive $5 in your account, you can choose how you want to collect your money.
You can use this on top of other store coupons and/or manufacturer coupons! It does not affect your other coupons at all!
